How Microsoft Drives Customer-First, Partner Empowerment Strategies

With a partner network larger than that of Amazon Web Services and Salesforce combined, it’s safe to say Microsoft knows a thing or two about channel enablement.

Cheryl Miller-Sindelar, General Manager of Worldwide Channels at One Commercial Partner, shared a few channel partner enablement tips in an interview this week with Channel Marketing Journal.

According to Miller-Sindelar, helping partners to go to market with innovative, customer-focused solutions starts with the basics: Developing and clearly communicating a consistent, powerful value proposition. She tells Channel Marketing Journal, “Understanding what your bench strengths are, and how you can bring together a solution for the customer, based on their problem and their need, is critical.”
