As technology buyers accelerate the shift to as-a-service platforms, having a trusted advisor to serve as a central point of contact for aggregating solutions becomes critical. This was the focus of my conversation at Channel Partners Conference & Expo with David Nuti, Head of Channels at secure SD-WAN company, Open Systems.
During our conversation, Nuti talked about the unique value agents and master agents deliver to end user customers not only as solution integrators but also as educators on emerging technologies and platforms. Their pivotal role — along with that of VARs, MSPs and other reseller partners — drives Open Systems’ growth strategy.
