The mission of Gordon Mackintosh, Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales at Extreme Networks is straightforward: Keep channel teams focused on empowering the company’s partner ecosystem to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Channel Marketing Journal caught up with Mackintosh this week to talk about his team’s mission and the strategies and mindset behind it. The two words that kept popping up over the course of our conversation were ‘simplicity’ and ‘relationships.’

“The simpler it is to do business with us, the more business our partners will bring our way,” says Mackintosh. “When we live in a world of technology, building relationships and trust is really important.”
